You can purchase tickets for the conference dinner, and a printed version of the abstract book when you register for the conference.

Eventbrite will collect your registration fee, payment for the conference dinner and for a printed abstract book if required.

The only form of payment accepted is by credit card.

The following items are included in the conference fee
Attendance at all sessions, pdf version of the abstract book, final programme, conference bag, lunches and coffee/tea in breaks during conference days, welcome reception and farewell party.

The welcome reception and the farewell party are included in the accompanying person fee

Conference dinner

There is an additional fee for the conference dinner. The conference dinner can be booked during the registration for the conference or booked separately using the same Eventbrite site. Please note that the number of tickets available for the conference dinner is limited to 200.

Accommodation will need to be arranged separately. 

Excursions will need to be booked and paid for separately.

Letter of Invitation

Once you have registered for the conference we will be pleased to send a letter of invitation for visa purposes.

If you require a letter of invitation, please send an email to mcockram@upei.ca and provide the following information:

Title
Full Name
Organisation
Address
Country

It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the Congress to provide any financial support. The letter will be sent by email. We can also send you a copy of a letter from The Canada Border Services Agency, International Events and Convention Services Program for presentation to a CBSA Border Services Officer upon your arrival to Canada.
